Amanda's bio:
Amanda is CEO of CoderPad, the leading software platform for evaluating technical talent. With nearly 2,000 customers, Amanda has led the team to consistently expand features, add new customers and improve customer retention. Before joining CoderPad, Amanda was CEO at Rabbit, which allowed friends to watch their favorite shows together, backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners. Prior to Rabbit, Amanda was Chief Data & Strategy Officer at HotelTonight, the leading mobile app for last-minute hotel bookings acquired by Airbnb, where she led data analytics, corporate strategy and data engineering to create and execute data-driven growth strategies. She also spent three years as VP Product at HotelTonight.
Amanda has held product leadership roles at Prezi and was SVP of Product and Marketing at Snagajob. She holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Stanford University. She is an advisor to a number of startups and has been a featured speaker at Mind the Product Conference, Women in Product Conference and Lean Startup Conference.
